He is an accomplished and visionary leader, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Petro Petra Sdn. Bhd. With extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, he has consistently driven the company towards innovative growth and operational excellence. As an expert in Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), he has effectively managed complex projects and structured financial solutions, ensuring long-term success for the company. His strategic insights and commitment to sustainable practices have positioned Petro Petra as a key player in the sector.
EN. MUHAMMAD ‘ASRI BIN MOHD RAFA’I
He serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He holds a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degree from University of Salford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. He has extensive working experience from the various positions in various industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, automotive, defence, IT, travel and accounting/audit. He was also a senior independent non-executive director for a listed oil and gas company.

He is the Chief Operating Officer of Petro Petra Sdn. Bhd., responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth execution across the company’s key projects. With extensive experience in operations management, logistics, and fuel supply systems, he brings hands-on leadership and a results-driven mindset.
